India TWS Shipment by Model Tracker, Q1 2023

Overview:

The latest research from Counterpoint’s IoT service reveals that India’s TWS (True Wireless Stereo earbuds) shipments saw 56% YoY growth in Q1 2023. boAt grew 59% YoY to mark its tenth consecutive quarter of lead in Q1 2023, while Boult Audio stood second for the second consecutive quarter with an 12% share. India brands captured a record 77% share driven by boAt, Boult Audio, Mivi, Ptron and Noise. The INR 1,000-INR 2,000 retail price band (or around $13-$25) continued to fuel the TWS demand in India during Q1 2023 with a share of 70% in the overall shipments. This report analyses the shipments of TWS splitting them on ASPs, price bands, and revenues along with channel split. It also includes model and specs level analysis.
