Apple and Samsung alone captured the top-ten spots in the global best-selling smartphone list for Q4 2024 contributing almost a quarter of Q4 2024.
Apple captured 6 spots with the newly launched iPhone 16 Pro Max leading the list with 5% market share, considerably higher than next in line, iPhone 16 Pro.
Samsung’s A series smartphones captured four spots in the list with the entry-segment Galaxy A15 4G leading the brand owing to its easier affordability.
The mid-segment smartphones Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 also marked presence in the list similar to their predecessors a year back. The smartphones have received limited GenAI features as well with software updates, further contributing to their sales.
