Emily Herbert is a Senior Analyst on the North American team at Counterpoint, based in Toronto. She specializes in the North American mobile ecosystem and the global secondary smartphone market. Emily holds an HBA in Political Science and English from the University of Toronto, complemented by a certification in Research Analytics. She has 5 years experience in the research space with previous experience with the department of Defence Research & Development of Canada focusing on AI technologies in training modules.

He began his career at Interactive Computer Corporation as VP of Business Development. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker and passionate animal advocate, having adopted over ten animals.
