Overview:
Online channel shipment grew 1% YoY in June 2020, driven by Xiaomi and Samsung who contributed to more than 50% share. • Amazon became the top online channel in a quarter for the first time ever in Q2 2020. Xiaomi and Samsung contributed more than 88% of shipments on Amazon.
Offline market declined by 20% YoY due to COVID impact. Samsung regained the #1 spot in Offline business for the first time since July 2019. Samsung aggressively launched new devices to increase its market share, leveraging the ongoing anti-China sentiment.
