Overview: Smart TV shipments grew by 5% YoY during Q3 2024, on account of Independent Day and Festive season sales, and major OEMs increased their shipments for the upcoming festive period. LG became the leading player during the quarter, followed by Samsung and Xiaomi. The market is seeing the advent of budget MiniLED options, and QLED TVs shipments increased 83% YoY, whereas 55” and above screen size shipments increased by 9% YoY. Google TV continues to be the preferred choice among OEMs for the operating system, replacing Android TV. This report analyses the shipments of TVs splitting them into ASPs, price bands, and revenues along with channel and category split. It also includes model and specs level analysis.
