Amdocs, Motive and Ericsson have emerged as ‘Pacesetters’ in the Global Entitlement Server Competitive Ranking and Evaluation (CORE) for 2026, according to Counterpoint Research’s latest Global Entitlement Server Landscape Report.
Commenting on the Entitlement Server rankings and the competitive landscape, Principal Analyst Varun Gupta said, “The Entitlement Server market is entering a new phase where operators are looking to expand beyond the traditional connectivity entitlements towards broader digital service enablement. Initially the ES platforms focused on backend service verification for capabilities such as VoLTE, VoWiFi, however they are now increasingly becoming an important layer for emerging use cases such as silent authentication, Rich Communication Service or Satellite connectivity that create new monetisation opportunities for operators. Vendors are differentiating through cloud-native architectures, tighter integration with supporting platforms like eSIM Orchestration/Provisioning/BSS/OSS, advanced analytics and automation capabilities. On the execution side deployments which grew by 21% YoY compared to 2024, volumes which grew by more than 50% YoY compared to 2024 and ecosystem partnerships are becoming important as it demonstrates platform maturity while Tier-1 operators look for scalable platforms capable of supporting the emerging use-cases.”

Redtea Mobile, Netlync, HCLTech, 1GLOBAL, Trasna and Elitnet have emerged as Leaders in the 2026 Entitlement Server CORE, reflecting the increasing competitiveness in the market. Redtea Mobile continues to enhance its platform capabilities and tighter integration with its eSIM offerings while HCLTech continues to leverage its telecom software expertise and Tier-1 operator relationships. 1GLOBAL has focused on improving its platform’s reliability and widening its coverage for use-cases, while Elitnet focuses on modular integration approach and enhanced automation. Trasna has entered the Leaders category for the first time, focusing on enhanced platform capabilities in terms of automation, security, integration and analytics.
WDS-Sicap, Invigo and Eastcompeace have emerged as Challengers in the 2026 Entitlement Server CORE, demonstrating platform capabilities closer to leaders while continuing to focus on market adoption. WDS-Sicap has improved its platform capabilities significantly is now closely competing with the pacesetter group while Invigo has focused on enhancing its platform through predictive analytics for operator data and it is one of the first platforms to adopt AI in ES. Eastcompeace entered the Challengers category for the first time through improved platform capabilities such as architecture, APIs and integration services.
The expanding competitive landscape highlights the increasing importance of differentiation as operators accelerate adoption of Entitlement Server platforms. While execution scale remains a key factor in vendor selection, future market leaders are expected to be those that combine agility in supporting emerging use cases, broader platform capabilities, advanced analytics and AI-driven operations, with scalable deployment models that can address diverse operator requirements.
