Apple led the list with the iPhone 15, which captured a 3% share of the overall smartphone market, followed by the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max closed the gap with the iPhone 15 compared to a year back as consumers opted for a better camera and display facilitated by easier financing and trade-ins.
Apple’s contribution to the top-10 list declined slightly as other OEMs gained share.
Samsung alone captured five spots in the list, with the Galaxy-S series returning to the top 10 in the September quarter first time after 2018. Continued marketing around the GenAI capabilities helped sustain the demand.
Xiaomi’s Redmi 13C maintained a spot in the top-10 list for the second consecutive quarter, replicating the success of its predecessor Redmi 12C.
