T-Mobile had another blockbuster quarter. Despite record level low churn in the industry, T-Mobile continues to gain more than its share of net additions—adding 1.7 million subscribers. The hottest US carrier sold 4.8 million postpaid smartphones and 2.6 million prepaid smartphones. Despite strong metrics on ARPU, subscriber growth, and service revenue the operator sold almost 15% fewer smartphones during the quarter.
