The latest research from Counterpoint’s IoT service reveals that India’s Smartband market shipments declined 82% YoY and 42% QoQ in Q3 2022. The decline in sales of smart bands is due to the preference of customers for smartwatches as the price of smartwatches is decreasing and offering better functionalities. Xiaomi led the market with a 45% share, while Fitbit and realme took the second and third spots respectively.
