Overview:
Global smartphone shipments increased by 2% YoY in Q3 2024, thanks to the recovery in macroeconomic conditions and increased consumer demand drove YoY growth in the smartphone market. We expect the smartphone market to grow annually by 4% in 2024, assuming Q4 2024 will have a similar atmosphere to the same period of last year. The overall smartphone ASP is expected to increase by 2% YoY in 2024 and by 4% YoY in 2025, respectively. This report provides the smartphone shipment and ASP forecast by region, brand, and 5G/non-5G for 2024-2028.
