The global foldable smartphone market continued to show steady and robust growth in Q3 2023, powered by the ongoing significant growth of the Chinese market and the surge in previously neglected markets. China’s foldable market achieved strong growth even in Q3 thanks to Huawei and Samsung’s new launches. Also, Samsung’s shipments significantly increased in AP Others, MEA and India. With Chinese OEMs’ entry, these regions’ foldable market growth will continue while the competitive landscape will become more diverse.
