The iPhone 13 launch has not gone completely to plan in Europe, with Apple failing to overtake Samsung in the first full month of sales – a very unusual occurrence. Meanwhile, Xiaomi continued to suffer in Europe, dropping to its lowest share of smartphone sales since August 2020. Has Samsung recovered from its own supply crisis in time to set itself up for an uncharacteristically strong Q4?
