Overview SEMICON India 2026, held from September 17-19 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, marked the fifth edition of India’s premier semiconductor and microelectronics event, under the theme “Transform Tomorrow: Silicon to Systems – Building the Ecosystem.” Jointly organized by SEMI and the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), the event brought together stakeholders across design, manufacturing, ATMP/OSAT, advanced packaging, equipment, materials, R&D and talent. The event recorded around 50,000 registrations, 40,000 visitors and nearly 600 participating companies from more than 50 countries, reflecting growing global interest in India’s semiconductor ambitions. With Semicon 2.0 expanding the focus from manufacturing capacity to a broader ecosystem, SEMICON India 2026 highlighted key investments, partnerships, technologies and ecosystem developments shaping India’s role in the global semiconductor value chain.
