ViewSonic has an impressive range of monitors and displays to meet the needs of gamers, professionals, and everyday users. However, in this competitive market dominated by brands such as Acer, Dell, and ASUS, it seems many consumers are not as familiar with this brand. To improve awareness, we suggest focusing on marketing efforts like working with tech influencers, creating more engaging social media content, and sponsoring more gaming or tech events like this one. A strategic push in branding and visibility could significantly elevate the market presence and unlock new growth opportunities for ViewSonic.
To help more consumers discover and choose ViewSonic’s products, we suggest improving the brand’s visibility and working on closer collaboration with e-commerce platforms. Currently, ViewSonic products show up on the third page of Flipkart search results when searching for ‘monitors’. On Amazon, the first ViewSonic product appears on the fifth page. improving placements on these platforms can also make it easier for customers to find the brand’s products. Combined with effective marketing campaigns, this can greatly increase ViewSonic’s presence and recognition in the competitive monitor market.
