Q1 2026 is experiencing a violent price rally, with DRAM surging 80%-90% QoQ so far. NAND has also turned bullish, rising in tandem with DRAM and HBM. Suppliers are delaying contract talks until after the Lunar New Year to leverage higher post-holiday pricing. With no signs of abating, procurement managers should expect sustained inflationary pressure
