Global smartwatch shipments grew 4% YoY in Q1 2026, sustaining the upward momentum gained back in Q2 2025 The growth was primarily driven by Apple’s YoY increase in shipments. HLOS (advanced) smartwatches grew 3% YoY, driven by Apple’s continuous adoption, along with recovery in Huawei’s shipments. Kids’ smartwatch segment recorded only 1% rise in the YoY shipments. Imoo has witnessed a slowdown, however, Xiaomi grew 64% YoY growth in kids’ smartwatches, owing to the good performance of the Redmi Kids smartwatch. The smartwatch market is projected to grow at a 3% CAGR from 2025 to 2030.
