Counterpoint Research will be participating in LEAP 2026, the Kingdom's flagship technology event, taking place from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre (RECC), Malham, Riyadh. Founded in 2022 by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and Tahaluf, an Informa company, LEAP has become one of the world's largest gatherings of technology leaders, investors and policymakers. The 2026 edition marks LEAP's fifth outing, with the programme spanning artificial intelligence, cloud and data infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, health technology, smart cities, climate and energy, space, gaming and sports tech.

LEAP 2026 brings together senior policymakers, global technology brands, startups, investors and enterprise decision-makers to explore how emerging technologies are reshaping industries and economies. The event is expected to feature over 1,000 speakers, 1,800 global tech brands, 600 startups and 1,900 investors, with more than 200,000 visitors. Co-located with LEAP is DeepFest, a leading AI event powered by the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA), serving as the region's dedicated forum for the global AI community and the industries adopting it. Discussions will centre on AI adoption at scale, sovereign digital infrastructure, localization of technology manufacturing and services, and the investment flows underpinning Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 ambitions.
