2017Q4美国智能手机市场: iPhone销量再创新高

国际知名市场调研公司Counterpoint Research的最新研究数据显示,2017年第四季度,美国市场智能手机销量为5,120万部,其中苹果手机的销量为2,239万部。这使得苹果的市场份额从37%提高至44%,达到在美国市场有史以来的最高水平。

Counterpoint北美地区研究总监Jeff Fieldhack评论道,“苹果在美国首次实现季度销量2,200万部,这是非常了不起的成绩,特别是北美市场今年第四季度“黑五”及圣诞假促销季的推广效果大不如前。北美市场的另个一个挑战是,单台智能手机使用寿命延长,用户换机率降低。2017年北美整体市场销量增长仅2%,苹果增长却达到20%!这意味着在北美高端市场,苹果成功抢占了三星不少份额。”

Counterpoint全球合伙人及研究总监Neil Shah补充道,“有传言称iPhone X的全球销售表现不尽人意,其高昂的售价使得市场需求低于预期。但显然在美国市场并非如此。至今为止,美国消费者可能已经使用了3-4代的iPhone手机,他们对苹果的生态系统已经产生依赖性,愿意为生态系统买单。苹果生态系统对美国消费者的影响力远远大于中国。2017年第四季度,三款新iPhone的销量都表现优异,是美国市场上最畅销的三款手机。值得一提的是,自11月3日上市以来,iPhone X销量超过了iPhone 8和iPhone 8 Plus,iPhone X : iPhone 8系列的销量比例为2:1。超高端手机(800美元以上售价)几年前在美国市场占比为0,但2017年第四季度,以iPhone X为代表的超高端手机在美国市场占比已占25%,这充分说明了美国市场的潜力和美国消费者购买力的提升。”

 

关于北美市场本季智能手机的平均售价(ASP),Jeff评论道,超高端产品(例如iPhone X, 256GB iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus)的热销有助于提高该季的平均售价。2017 Q4,在所有售出的iPhone机型中(2,200万台),售价超过850美元的机型销量达1,050台(占比42%),由此推动了苹果在该季度的iPhone销售额达到近90亿美元大关。而在其他市场(如中国),苹果面临着OPPO, VIVO和小米等厂商高性价比产品带来的严峻竞争。但目前为止,苹果在美国市场的情况依然比较乐观,iPhone用户群保持稳定增长。”
