- Sell through increased ~1% MoM in December. However weaker than last year. Other than India, all other major regions showed flat or downward curves comparing last year. Sell-in was down annually as top brands like Samsung experienced a drop and Apple was flat.

After a steady initial month of iPhone X sales, the premium tier grew again due to a push from Apple. Xiaomi did well in a relatively weak season in China and India. Performance of all other top Chinese brands was weak compared to the previous year.

After a dip in November, feature phone share increased by 1ppt due to good performance of Reliance Jio with its bundle offers and fulfillment of preorders during the month.
