Overview: India smartphone market witnessed 1% YoY growth during Festive season sale in 2024 driven by premium segment, 5G upgrades and easy financing. The overall ASP witnessed 9% YoY growth as the premium segment share reached 24%. Among brands, Motorola was the fastest growing brand with almost 100% growth in its sales. Brands came up with different marketing strategies and offers to attract customers. Apple smartphones were in focus during the start of the online sale and as the sale went by Offline Channels sales picked up as well.
