Overview:
We have recently conducted a consumer survey on hearable device users and potential buyers in the United States, one of the biggest regions for hearables. Over 200 respondents were surveyed through an online platform targeted towards potential hearable buyers. The objective of the study is to examine user satisfaction and usage patterns, and understand the key factors and preferences influencing purchase decisions. We also emphasised on understanding the consumer desire to buy hearables equipped with enhanced features including improved battery life, AI-based voice assistants, etc.
