iPhone 15 Leads Top-Selling List; Samsung Dominates with Most Spots in Q2 2024.

Highlights:

• Apple led the top-selling smartphone list with iPhone 15 and captured 4 spots in the list. Samsung captured the most spots at 5 while Xiaomi made a comeback in the list after a year.
• Following seasonality, iPhone 15 Pro Max moved down one spot as sales declined while iPhone 15 sales grew in emerging regions like APAC, LATAM etc.
• Samsung captured the most spots owing to its wider presence across price bands and regions. The GenAI capabilities of the S24 series kept the sales momentum despite earlier launch.
• Samsung’s A series smartphones captured three spots in the list owing to better presence across regions and lower prices registering high QoQ growth.
• Redmi 13C captured the 7th spot owing to its accessibility resulting in increased sales across all regions, particularly developing markets like LATAM and MEA.
• 6 smartphones in the list fall in the premium price band, one more than last year, indicating sustained preference for premium smartphones.
