"At a time when developing advanced nodes is becoming increasingly complex and cost-prohibitive, chiplets appear to be a viable alternative to traditional monolithic System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. It was therefore no surprise that the 3rd Chiplet Summit held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, California was well attended. The summit included a multitude of keynotes, tutorials, technical sessions and panels plus a growing exhibition area comprising major EDA companies and a raft of start-ups."
