Overview : 

The Q1 2026 contract prices were finalized at the end of March, settling at the midpoint between the post-Lunar New Year “compensation price” and the Q4 2025 levels. For example, 64GB RDIMM DDR5 price ended at $927 in Q1, relative to $1,135 of compensation price in March. However, the market anticipates greater upside in Q2, as starting prices are based on the compensation price. Memory demand remains strong, and suppliers are not missing this opportunity despite having made massive profits in Q1. Compensation prices are expected to appear at the end of Q2 as well, influencing final prices. Customers are aiming for prices to remain flat in the second half, while we expect a modest upside in Q3, leading 64GB RDIMM DDR5 up to the $1,500 mark in Q3.
