Overview: This study explores how smartphone users in Poland make decisions, from their previous device and reasons for replacement to current usage, satisfaction, and future purchase plans. The report covers key aspects such as purchase channels, brand loyalty, important features, and awareness sources, supported by demographic insights to understand differences across user groups.
Counterpoint conducted an online quantitative survey across Europe with 16,000+ respondents, including 843 from Poland. Multi-level quota sampling based on smartphone brand share ensured accurate market representation. The sample reflects a balanced mix of ages, genders, and occupations.
