Overview:
In Q2 2025, global VR headset shipments declined 2% YoY and 15% QoQ. The YoY decline narrowed compared to the previous quarter. By segment, standalone VR shipments grew slightly, increasing 1% YoY, supported by relatively stable shipments from Meta and Apple. Global shipments of AR smart glasses grew 74% YoY in Q2 2025. The strong YoY growth was primarily driven by a relatively small base in the same period last year, along with new product launches from leading OEMs RayNeo and Xreal.
